First time attending a sound bath, and it was such a wonderful experience for me! I was taken on an evocative sonic journey. Remarkably physical vibrations and tones revealed powerful forgotten memories and placed me in a highly visual, waking dream state. It was an inner voyage, further than I imagined possible. I have come back to the UK rejuvenated, relaxed, and replenished! People are saying that I have a wonderful glow around me.

That was an amazing experience. It's hard to describe but I was very surprised how the sound can effect my inner state. I was hearing and feeling all those nice, weird and native sounds which gave me the possibility not only to relax my mind, but to hear myself, my inner voice which I didn't hear a looong time and that brought to me peace. My experience in a sound therapy session: The "Frisbee" game as I was watching two kids playing with it, made me think I had never paid any close attention to the disc itself I realized that it does two actions in one movement: 1- it revolves around itself 2- it moves from one point to another. "The trip" be that physical, spiritual, mental or sensorial I consider it divided in three aspects: 1. as perception 2. as experience 3. as a way of expression. During the sound therapy session, the aspect nr. 1 - The perception, it reminds me of the revolving of the disc around itself. Aspect nr.2 - The experience, it reminds me of the (individual) trip where I go from one point to another. Today I felt it necessary to talk about Aspect nr.3 - Expressing. I wish you all a good trip (like Eldo wishes us at the beginning of the session), with deep, vertical shifts above or under, discovering as much as possible and stimulating more and more the desire to return to 'self'.

This experience with Be Free From It was ethereal. I was so glad to find them here in Tirana as a traveler passing through. From the moment I arrived I was greeting with the most loving energy and welcome. The soundbath oasis is beautiful and cozy. It really plays to all your senses. You are transported within the comforts to a space meant to relax. It makes it easy to tune inwards while also tunning out everything but the sounds experience they perform. I will say I cried during the first session. I relaxed enough to receive divine guidance and it was affirming for my life’s work. I appreciated the multiple sessions I received and every time you relax faster into the calm. The effects of this sound healing linger beautifully afterwards. If you were guided to find them, you absolutely must listen and attend a session. Your soul will gleefully thank you.

I live a nomadic life and traveling all the time makes difficult for me to find less mainstream communities. What I missed mostly in Balkans were events or communities which could support me in my inner journey, my personal growth. In Albania I was lucky enough to meet several great spiritual people but I couldn't fin any professional and experience practitioners. Finally I met Eldo on my life path and me and my partner had an amazing sound healing session. It was the first time for us and it was really interesting and deep journey. Eldo and his girlfriend are professional, knowledgeable and kind people to share energy with. The session was done taking care of each details and was easy for me to fully immerse in the sound and in my inner conscious. I encountered with sound healing in the most critical situation of my life. This method of healing shattered the walls between my ego and soul. It definitely helped me unite and elevate to a higher state of understanding followed by a line of self realisations who came one by one. I had a great experience here while visiting from the United States. The space was very inviting. Eldo and Vanessa were both so welcoming. And the energy was great. This was my first experience with sound therapy and it exceeded my expectations. I felt completely relaxed. And even a bit lighter upon completion of the session. The session with the gong and other instruments, make me heard the vibrations and I also felt them going right into my body. It was unlike anything I have ever experienced before. It felt wonderful and totally amazing. There was like layers of pictures of my life past and present coming to my mind. Good and bad moments, fears and moment of joy and excitements make me realize time and space in the present. Something defiantly wake up or changed on me. Who would have thought, Sound WOULD help me get on the road to find myself. I have had strange relationships with sounds in fact. Hi everyone, Hello! Date 23.06.2021... This date will forever remain in my memory, as the highest energy of the Universe 🙏🙏 🙏. When a friend of mine spoke to me about some "musical notes", I thought: What are they? What can they change? I thought: Ok, they are probably some simple sounds that we can find on YouTube and it is ok, but something deeper made me curious. I decided to give it a try, in the end, I had nothing to loose 🤷‍♀️. When I went there, I met a fantastic guy, a free spirit, exactly the World that I needed to understand. Eldorado a fantastic listener, a perfect example of the supreme spirit. At the moment of the session, I have experienced the most beautiful moments of my life. The World where I wanted to be, was something completely different from Our World. Oh God, I made a 360° degree disconnection from the reality I was, I went to the Moon, I stayed, and I came back. "Up until the day I went to “Befreefromit” I had never managed to fully meditate. A surge of energy and thoughts pounded through my mind, whenever I tried to relax and control my train of thoughts. I had never really felt the experience of “being alone with myself”. Under the guiding of sounds played by Eldorado I managed to do it and the experience has been otherworldly and completely overwhelming!

After the second meditation session I feel very changed in myself. With the help of Eldo I managed to regain my peace of mind, to get rid of any negative thoughts, to reflect. At the beginning of my Awakening, the word I heard and read the most was Meditation. But no matter how much I watched others meditate, I did not manage to do a meditation like others. It just seemed impossible to me that I would meditate one day. Until the day came when I was introduced to Tibetan Sound Meditation. It was something new, unheard of, but it attracted me directly because it contained the word "music". Meditating with magical Tibetan sounds and the way Eldo practiced it was the meditation I had always needed. The melody and the beautiful noises of different sounds, transport you to another World, it was like experiencing an astral journey while being awake. The music produced by the special instruments was like a caress to the mind and soul. An unproven sensation that everyone should experience, no matter what level of spiritual awakening it is. Because this meditation transports you to a completely different level in the way you feel and is suitable for every person. Tibetan meditation is a True Spiritual Journey which pervades the whole body as well as relaxes the mind and soul.

A journey into the inner self is a cure only few are given the opportunity to try. So, going into this, you need to be thankful for the sacred experience of being shown places of your mind that now remain foreign. I would describe it as a form of rebirth. A dive into the core of the voices you always hear but never listen to. I would suggest to all self travelers to notice the events leading up to therapy as well as the events directly after. When I walked out of this deep immersion of self, I was faced with a truth I already knew. The universe is speaking all the time and there is no such thing as coincidence. Most importantly, it's about to be very beautiful soon, hang on. I am happy that now I can hear and see it clearer. I feel the connection and my soul and body now flow smoother with the energy that we all share. I am deeply thankful for the opportunity to open my eyes, inwards.

If you are reading this, then you have already embarked in the spiritual journey. As such the sound therapy. Played masterfully by Eldorado, is one of the tools for transcending your journey. If you join this experience with an open heart and mind, the things you are seeking for will begin to transform into reality. I met Eldorado at MSC Seaside he was our photo Trainer on the company, but before meeting him I already heard a lot of good things about him. This guy will change your world. This guy helps me to see the world in one piece and that piece is unexplainable. I was down in my life and looking for an answer and he was there unexpectedly to help me to figure out what's going on into my life. I will never forget him. He's not just a boss of mine or a friend he's more than that how I see him. I can consider him as a brother from another mother. The world we live in is extraordinary, it is magical. Consider this idea: a bird in flight. The bird lives totally in the moment, completely focused on its flight, perhaps using its sharp eyes to search for food. It doesn’t start thinking, “Why does it have to be so cold here? What do the other birds think of me? What am I going to do when I meet up with the other birds later? Will I be successful at nest building? Why can’t I have bigger breasts? Why can’t I wake up earlier like the other birds?” And so on… Of course, as humans we have bigger brains than the bird, and we can solve problems and create poetry and build skyscrapers. So we have lots more ability and lots more going on than the simple bird floating on the wind. These bigger brains, though, cause us all the problems that we have… overthinking things, feeling anxiety and frustration and depression and anger over the things that might happen or have already happened to us, but that we can’t stop thinking about. That’s just a taste... However, you can start to see how letting go becomes an incredible skill that can make you better at dealing with fears of any kind and finding your true self. And guess what? You are not alone in the process… that’s the point when you can turn your life around and embark on a journey of self-discovery, contemplation, blissfulness and peace. Eldorado’s love for people, life and core values have determined him to make helping people out his mission… Having him as a friend and as a brother goes beyond words... Eldorado is unique, he’s the type of person you are lucky to have in your life…

A powerful and unique experience! During the session I was in a state of deep relaxation and felt a sense of spiritual well-being. Although I didn’t know much about sound therapy or the fact that I thought I didn’t need any therapy, I very much enjoyed peace of the moving sounds within me, it was so unique to feel weightless and feel like you could walk above the water and dance to the sound of your own footsteps, feeling every cell of your body in harmony with the waves of the sounds that felt as if they were inside your head.

I have always believe a good sound is able to soothe your mind and body, but this experience was without a doubt extraordinary. I went deep into my soul more than ever before. At the beginning of the session I felt really dark and negative thoughts that I hadn’t realized I had, but later on I was able to find the strength and confront them by setting my mind free. I consider that the biggest achievement of this meditation session was that at a certain point I was able just to set clear myself from every emotion and thought. I felt every cell of my body following the sounds that Eldorado granted me and at the end I was in an unexplainable state of peacefulness.

One of my most admired humans, Nikola Tesla has said “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.”. - "Wow, that's cool Master, but, what does that mean for me?! I just want to understand my universe. What can I do??" I went as close, as touching the metallic sphere holding Tesla's ashes, whispering "show me the light, Master!", but still, after that, feeling foggy. A lot of debris around... >> (fast forward) I am in a dark room, merged into some holy wood burning smell, and my whole being vibrating under wonderful sounds. That was the day I realized what Tesla said. Now, how are Tesla and Eldorado connected? Still figuring out...

This is most definitely a once in a lifetime experience! I don't usually tend to write reviews, but I felt extremely compelled to write this so that others can have the opportunity to learn from this tremendously talented and knowledgeable human being. As a person who had never been into meditation, I was quite sceptical at the beginning, but I left the seance with a newly gained respect for energies and sounds,  feeling more relaxed and alive than ever before. This was my first meditation experience, but with Eldo's help the whole thing felt so familiar, as if I had been doing it for years. Everything came so naturally. Eldo is open minded, kind and helpful - as well as compassionate, nonjudgmental and accepting. If you are looking for an outstanding experience and want to get away from the mediocrity of everyday life, even if it's just for a bit, I suggest that you dive in without any hesitation and give this a try

Being lost in nature and being lost in his sounds there is no difference. In both ways is being you. Finding the self that loved and cared and took continuous care of you silently all the way long; during all the years you're living, but you unnoticed it. Being part of those sounds, you touch the ground and the sky but you stay in the center. You stay in self. Being slightly driven into the unknown and yet home and familiar. Finding the source of an unconditional love inside yourself and understanding that it was you. Embracing yourself, hugging it and flying with it through the sounds, you understand that the universe it's not only one. At least not the one we are used to know. Pretty sure, my experience is the smallest portion of the experience itself. So I challenge you who's reading this, to get up and dance with yourself, allowing the sounds of the therapy guiding you to the amazing unknown within you. Can't wait meeting you there. ^_^

It was magic! I was living in another world. Sound therapy overcame every thought and every negative interference in my being. It was just me and nature..me and me.. It was psychology and therapy of soul and mind.. Those moments were beyond imagination.. they were moments from which I didn't want to leave.. it was paradise itself. I really needed to experience that magic and understand the difference between the world we want to live and what we actually live. The frequencies of the soul were very high and I felt like I was closer to God. In reality we as humans have immense spiritual power, we just need to Wake Up! Thank you for waking me up Eldorado! I had slightly and gradually been preparing myself for that therapy. What I’m trying to say is that you really need to understand about the universe (which for me is God), in order for you to help yourself. A few weeks ago I was looking for exactly this kind of experience, and little did I know that my old friend Eldo, had let himself so opened to actually help us feel the good vibes that surround us. He works with love, inviting each cell of your body follow the lead of those tinkling sounds of the universe. I could float and get lost into the deepest darknesses of my own mind. I could feel everything and nothing. At times, when I couldn’t concentrate I could feel my usual pains at extremes. And when i could get lost I was in my nothingness. And when I woke up, I felt everything is fine. Because actually, everything was fine, so fine. That happened because of the peace and stillness I was experiencing. Imagine living in that forever. I believe we can do this!

Lovely sound healing journey! When I started, I had a bad headache but then I was put in a meditative state and just felt relaxed and pain-free. It is like sounds give your brain a massage and at the end of the session you feel deeply cleansed and refreshed. Eldo is very generous about sharing his knowledge and stories and makes you feel at ease. And above all, he is really passionate about his work on sound healing and about helping people. Who I am? What am I? Do I have a mission? Or am I just a being who eats, drinks and has fun? These questions have always followed me. Even in the happiest moments of my life, something was missing. Who am I to rejoice and be happy? Am I the opinion that the other have for me? I did not feel that way, something was telling me differently and I was not able to understand this gene differently. Eldorado invited me by chance, at least that's what I thought, in a world-famous meditation tactic, sound therapy .... and ... there everything I thought I knew, was over! Everything I thought of "myself" seemed to disintegrate along with that "self." Like every concept I had about life, about human relationships, about experiences, fame, luxury, greed, power, money, career and above all, the thought I had about thoughts was shattered! Pffff, bubbles in the air. As if you realize that the whole mind is just an illusion, a beautiful tale that narrates an existence that really is not and that in fact has no direct connection with who I really am. It is as if through those sounds you have discovered the greatest wealth. It is as if you kissed in the soul and woke up from the "snow white's sleep" to know and live true human love. He understands that you are an extraordinary force, an inexhaustible source of love and that the only thing you will do is leave yourself in a daily dance of love with existence. Understands the essential need of the other. Understands the essential tendency. He understands that I am You, we are all and everyone is us. It is like turning on the lights in a room full of furniture where you can not orient yourself. No guesses when this light comes in. Now you know and understand clearly that what you are is nothing but the universe that manifests itself in each of us. And you experience it in thoughts, emotions, experience in every choice you make. Whoever you are now reading these lines, consider yourself lucky to have known or thought of getting to know Eldorado and sound therapy. Do not give up on the Self, it is the most beautiful journey and discovery. Even when the mind attacks you negatively, keep searching and understanding who you are. Nothing we have been taught so far is true. The mind is Nothing! The only real thing is You! The truth is you! Blessed is the day I met Eldorado!

One of the very few experiences that led me through discomfort and made me embrace my inner-most emotions. It taught me to live in the NOW, not in despair for the past, nor in anxiety for the future. The most entertaining part was the musical element; apart from the high-pitch harmonical resonance, I could feel the texture of every instrumental wave. The feelings of physical relaxation and mental contemplation were beautifully alternated together as if the universe created it that way. In a word, transcendental!

One day, someone told me that happiness exists and is within us all the time. I could not believe this 'Someone' in my mind, but my soul and spirit followed it, because it did not want to lose it. What I realized is that you cannot let go of something so pure and wonderful that is within you. We just have to believe it, feel it, work and wait for the right time. Today, 11.08.2020, I realized that this 'Someone' was "God", "Universe", "Nature", "I". Today I got to know myself, I realized who I am. I am grateful in this life and all my life journey I owe it to you Eldorado, who never let go of my hand and showed me how much this life is worth and why I am here. Today I feel the happiest person in the world, today I feel blessed, today I know "God", "Universe". It was not easy, but it was worth every second. Profound experience. I feel lucky because I have experienced this deep journey more than once. This may be one of the most unique paths that awoke my intuition and lead me into developing myself and opening my inner wisdom. I felt a release of tension and a deep relaxation. My breathing was so full and my heartbeats were so quiet. The sounds make me manifest a new reality, with amazing visions and an meditative experience with enormous gong and various sounds that send waves of resonant vibrations through the whole body and felt a harmony that seemed I always had in me but never used before. The energetic massage catapults me in a state of vibrational balance which introduced me aspects of my mind previously unknown and brought me a renewed sense of purpose, serenity and happiness. Surely on my top 5 life experiences.

It was my first time trying a meditation session and honestly, I can admit that it was a great experience. Admittedly, I greatly enjoyed the amazing magical sounds as Eldo gave a wonderful performance playing the singing bowl. Impatiently waiting for the next therapy session...😊✌🏻

After a warm conversation with Eldorado and looking at some photos with inspiring sayings, comes the moment to go upstairs at the meditation room. Immediately upon entering the meditation room you feel an inner warmth that comes from the unique atmosphere of that sacred space. Then the the meditation session begins. In the background I heard music of natural sounds and sounds coming from ancient instruments. Those sounds that vibrated every fiber and cell of my body, mind, and soul made me clear my ideas as futile thoughts went away. And later came the sensation that I was traveling through space and didn't want to come back. Every word is redundant when describing this incredible experience because it doesn't get any closer to the magic that you experience in that place during meditation.

You follow the sounds and they lead you to a state where the body slowly relaxes and the thoughts begin to lose their importance... And when you are totally under the presence of the present you become an observer of a new energy that begins to vibrate and flow freely throughout your body and there you realize that nothing is more necessary than your complete surrender to that energy...... Allow it and that pure force will know how to heal every cell of your body.

Not knowing what to expect during my first session I went for it  with an open mind and heart and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Back then I was going through a phase in my life when I lacked clarity, vision and self-confidence and I didn't quite understand how I fitted into this world. I was uncertain about what direction my life would take. The first session had a very powerful effect on me. I dived deep into myself and it was at first a struggle to break through all the negative thought patterns, repressed feelings, fears and anxieties. But during therapy I found the strength to liberate myself from them and felt relieved. Then I was able to experience the blissfulness of being at peace, in harmony and connected to everything. And as I continued with the therapy I could feel the positive changes in me and my approach to life. Day by day I felt different. More in touch with my inner voice, less thoughts, more balance and mental strength.
