I
n case you haven't noticed, you have a mental dialogue going on inside your head that never stops. It just keeps going and going. Have you ever wondered why it talks in there? How does it decide what to say and when to say it? How much of what it says turns out to be true? How much of what it says is even important? And if right now you are hearing,
"I don't know what you're talking about. I don't have any voice inside my head!" That's the voice we're talking about.
LETTING GO
These 2 words we hear a lot of and many of us know we need to let go of that fearful past yet it often edges in at the best moments of our lives to remind us of misery and pain. We often feel as if we took a step ahead, only to find ourselves two steps back because we cannot or will not let go.
ACCEPTING WHAT IS
Accepting what is and let go of what was. That fearful past often involves pain and heartache and almost always causes tears each time it crosses your mind. You cannot change the past regardless of the number of times you re-live those moments in your mind.
You cannot start the next chapter of your life if you keep re-reading the last one. Accept your current situation and your present moment and be at peace with it. Start meditation, breathwork, yoga practice, or sound journey. It is the combination of a daily meditation, yoga, breathwork and sound journey that can bring you in a perfect balance through inner and outer.
SOUL SEARCHING
One of the hardest things is to be harshly honest with yourself. It is easier to trick ourselves and find excuses for our behavior.
You can hide it from the world at large, but you cannot hide it from yourself. Soul-searching is important so that you can identify the cause of your pain and nobody else can do this except yourself. The answers are within you.
TRUST IN THE UNIVERSE
Have faith in what will be! If none of us would had an difficult past and learnt those lessons, we wouldn’t have been able to live a life today that is filled with love and gratitude. Always remember that everything happens for a reason. When you are going through something that is painful, you do not see the blessings that it will bring.
TRUST IN THE UNIVERSE AND FLOW WITH IT!
